At this point, I hope I can count on your continued support. I am now accepting pre-orders and sponsorships. Order a lot---it’s the perfect classy gift to pull out for those surprising occasions when you forget to buy a birthday present, or maybe when you want to subtly hint that your co-worker’s taste in music leaves much to be desired.

You can pre-order as many CDs as you want, or choose sponsorship options. CDs are $15 each and for quantities of 10 or more, it’s $13 each. (FREE US shipping). If you still don't have my first CD, Crying Days, they are available at $10 each when you pre-order the new CD (also FREE US shipping for this offer). The new album is estimated to be completed before spring 2008, so expect deliveries of your orders pretty much around that time. Crying Days CDs are in stock, so these will be shipped immediately. For orders to be shipped outside the US, pls. contact me shipping rates.

Any questions, suggestions, feedback? Call 617-327-6151 or email me at mvdelrosario@earthlink.net. For check payments, just print and fill in the pre-order form and mail with check payment. Don’t forget to make a duplicate of the form for your files! For credit card/paypal payments, click here.

Thanks for supporting (me) the arts!

In a big, bold decision-making process---I’ve decided it’s time for the production of my second CD.Crying Days (2003), my debut CD, is a collection of mostly jazz-pop original tunes which I like to think of as intelligent music with cool grooves. This time, I’d like to produce a live concert CD of mostly jazz classics, some of which you already know and love! We plan to do it recording a concert or two--just to get the energy of a live performance.  If you would like to hear a sample of what that could sound like, check out the live track of Night and Day. This was recorded in September 2007, by Traveltrax Audio, who I’ve contracted for the new CD. This may possibly be included in the album.

Among the contributing artists will be Swiss virtuoso guitarist, Patrick Mottaz, and two of New England's amazing musicians, Dave Landoni on acoustic bass and Brooke Sofferman on drums. Special guest Greg Hopkins (who's played with all the legendary greats like Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Dizzie Gillespie, etc.) will also join us on trumpet.

Dear Friend of The Marlene Jazz Ensemble,
